As president and chief financial officer of Black Dot, LLC, Mr. Arnett holds management responsibilities for the company’s finance, information technology, legal, capital markets and corporate operations functions. He reports directly to Marc Anthony, Black Dot’s chief executive officer.
Mr. Arnett is responsible for global financial strategy and day-to-day operations of the company. He also oversees the integrity of financial information and systems, planning and forecasting of current and future capital assets and investments.
Mr. Arnett joined Black Dot in 2005 as chief financial officer, and was named president in 2007. Prior to Black Dot, Mr. Arnett served as director of finance for Coldwell Banker and managed the finance and sales processing departments for three regional presidents and 100 branch managers. Among his significant previous positions, Mr. Arnett also served as director of financial planning and analysis for Directfit, Inc., and financial planning and analysis manager for Tickets.com.
Mr. Arnett graduated from California State University, Long Beach in 1991 with a BA in finance. Subsequently, Mr. Arnett received an MBA with a dual concentration in finance and marketing from the University of Southern California and received the honor of Summa Cum Laude.
